Jennifer pelant

Jennifer has spent her brokerage career specializing in retail real estate, representing local and national shopping center owners in their leasing endeavors.  She has also spent a significant amount of her business efforts representing brand name retail tenants as a strategic partner in their site selection, negotiation and market expansion. As the local brokerage representative for Hobby Lobby Stores, Jennifer has been an integral part of new store roll-out in the Twin Cities marketplace, as well as the surrounding upper Midwest, helping create a premier presence in the market for the client.

Prior to establishing Atlas Commercial, Jennifer spent over a decade at national brokerage firms.  She consistently ranked as a top performer, receiving many achievement awards for her high level of contribution and client service. Jennifer was named Retail Broker of the Year in 2012 & 2013 by Cassidy Turley and was also the recipient of the Edge Award and member of the President’s Club.  Additionally, she was named a Best Of The Best broker in 2016 at Colliers International.

Jeff Pelant

After many years in outside sales, a shift to commercial real estate was a natural transition for Jeff. He brings experience rooted in exceeding clients’ expectations, and an intuitive approach to each assignment. Jeff is an expert at drilling down to understand the most basic client need, and such an aptitude transcends all real estate requirements and assignments.

Benefiting, also, from a unique familiarity of greater Minnesota, he provides a keen eye for property in the smaller, out-state markets, and offers clients a wide area of “boots on the ground” for real estate requirements all over the state.

Jim larson

Jim Larson joined Atlas Commercial Real Estate as a broker in 2021. He has more than 30 years of experience in leasing, and developing and implementing merchandising plans for shopping centers as well as other real estate brokerage activities. During his career, he has leased many notable retail centers in the Twin Cities. These projects include The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes (Maple Grove, MN), Fischer Marketplace (Apple Valley, MN), Penn & American (Bloomington, MN), Fountain Place (Eden Prairie, MN), Rue de France (Edina, MN), Ridgehaven Shopping Center (Minnetonka, MN), Burnhaven Shopping Center (Burnsville, MN), Calhoun Square (Minneapolis, MN), Oakdale Village (Oakdale, MN), and The Shoppes of Oak Park Heights (Oak Park Heights, MN).

Jim has worked with many national, regional and independent companies, including transactions with such notable companies as Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Fresh Thyme Market, Aldi Foods, Sierra, Ulta, Kohler Signature Store, Smack Shack, Twin Cities Orthopedics, Forever 21, World Market, L. A. Fitness, Barnes & Noble, City County Credit Union, Ethan Allen, Red Robin, FedEx, Crumbl Cookie, Chipotle, Five Guys and Hilton Home2 Suites.  He also has been involved in land sale transactions and tenant representation.  

Prior to joining Atlas, Jim held the position of Senior Director, Brokerage Services at Cushman & Wakefield. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Jim was a Senior Vice President of Leasing for Capital Growth Madison Marquette. Prior to that, he was a Senior Vice President of Leasing for Madison Marquette. He has also held the positions of Vice President of Leasing for Marquette Partners, broker for United Properties and for Jackson Scott and Associates as well as a Vice President of Leasing for both General Growth and for The Center Companies. He began his career as a leasing representative with Security Development Company in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

 

Nicole Biskey

Nicole has spent her career working with business owners and entrepreneurs, as well as in leadership positions at membership organizations.  She is a natural relationship-builder who forms strong partnerships on every assignment and aims to deliver the highest standards of service to clients. Specific to her time in real estate, Nicole has represented tenants and landlords, alike, and thrives on the assignments that requires digging below the surface to get the client’s needs met. Nicole has a great attitude and is a hardworking individual focused on putting all the pieces together for a successful deal. 

“It's always the small pieces that make the big picture.” Real Estate involves a lot of small moving pieces, and Nicole has the ability to take the small details and incorporate them into the end result, creating a successful “big picture” puzzle for each client.

Mike Brass is president and primary broker of Titus Commercial Real Estate. Before forming Titus, Mike was Vice President at Colliers International where he gained his 25+ years of experience. Mike’s areas of expertise are in leasing and sales of industrial and office properties, and land sales for single or multi-use projects in a development setting.

Lisa Brass has 20+ years of commercial real estate experience, and 15 years of management and customer service in the retail industry. Throughout her career she has demonstrated excellence in leadership, organization, and technical skills; multi-tasking; accepting and managing responsibilities; and more.
